Validity

  • Use your voucher on any date after booking is confirmed

Pick Up Information

  • Please present your Klook voucher with QR and your passport when you pick up the SIM card
  • Please test the SIM card before leaving the counter

Activation Procedure

  • The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
  • After the staff redeems your Klook voucher, they will help you activate your SIM card on your mobile device

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before a voucher is redeemed
  • Contact Klook customer service for any refunds or changes needed

Booking guidelines

  • Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
  • For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
  • iPhone 14 models and later models purchased in the United States don't have a physical SIM tray and support only eSIM
  • After inserting the SIM to your mobile, the left plastic card is to use as the T-Money public transport card (charge is required)
  • This SIM is capped at 3GB data at 4G LTE speed per day. Once you exceeded daily data volume allocation, you can enjoy the internet at 5Mbps speed without any limitation. 4G LTE speed will return at 0:00 local time daily
  • Identity Verification Service should not work with this product. Some Apps or Texts which require Identity Verification may not work. Text verification service that only requires the mobile number is available. For example, a simple booking service which requires only a mobile number will work

Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Payments of voice/SMS top-up and usage period extension cannot be refunded
  • The maximum number of purchases per passport is 3
