Very easy to claim, no hassles at all. If you need someone, you could ask the staff on the stations, and they would aid you. The ride was fast, super fast. Trains were on time. Me and mom enjoyed it. Overall, purchasing it on klook gives much needed convenience and ease. It just that, they should give an option of having both mt. Fujit seats and luggage storage for better arrangements.

Tokyo - Omiya (Saitama) ·
It was my first time onboard the E5 Series Shinkansen! My trip was from Tokyo Station to Omiya Station. I had the chance to board the Green Car, which is Shinkansen’s first class. It was a quick ride at around 24 minutes so the train didn’t get to its max operating speed of 320 km/h (199 mph). It reached around 129 km/h (80 mph) instead. The train was timely, quiet, spacious, and comfortable to ride in! The seats recline and there’s a footrest built in. I went to The Railway Museum and took pictures of the E5 Shinkansen on display. I loved the experiences and would definitely ride again! Thank you!

Hassle free to use this pass. Direct QR code for the entry. Booking confirmed one month before departure. Need to be early at least 30 mins to find the correct platform and track as Shinkansen leave on time.

We went from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka Station to get to our primary destination. It was hassle free and the kids enjoyed the ride. I booked the Mt. Fuji side but since it was cloudy and raining outside, we weren't able to see it. We purchased also for our big luggage for our convenience.
