Good to know
- For every disabled visitor with a valid ticket purchased (aged 4 or older), a free carer ticket will be provided. Carers tickets can only be collected from the ticket windows when you arrive. And you must provide assistance to the visitors and we currently accept the following proof of entitlement: Disability Handbook. Please see here for details
- For those arranging their own chartered bus to come to the venue, please make a reservation for bus parking in advance from the Contact Center. Parking fee is JPY5,000 per bus, and JPY1,800 per car
