• Children are defined by the restaurant: 0-11 years old, no order; 12 years old and above need to order the adult meal
• Please dress appropriately and do not wear overly casual clothing (e.g. flip-flops, sandals, tank tops, shorts, suspenders, short skirts, etc.), with particular attention to the extremely strict dress code for French and Western cuisine, where men must wear a shirt or jacket with a collar on the top half and trousers (no jeans) and socks on the bottom half.
• Please be punctual in arriving at the restaurant. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled by the restaurant and you will not be refunded any money you have paid; if you arrive more than 15 minutes early, you may be refused early access to the restaurant.
• Guests are responsible for all damages and consequences resulting from failure to provide accurate reservation information (including, but not limited to, discrepancies between the number of guests and the actual number of guests, failure to provide the number and age of minors), failure to observe Japanese dining etiquette (including, but not limited to, loud noise, disorderly conduct, smoking, drinking, live webcasting or other activities that may interfere with other people's meals in the restaurant).
• Due to popularity and limited seatings of the restaurant , please provide alternative time options for reservation at check out page. The final confirmation time will be displayed at your voucher. Please double check before your departure. If no time can be fulfilled, the booking will be cancelled and refunded.
