Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces

Eligibility

• Foreign guests (non-Taiwanese nationals) cannot book senior tickets/love/love accompanying tickets
• Full ticket: Passengers aged 12 and above
• Child tickets: above 3 years old to under 12 years old, please show your identification document when picking up the tickets
• Senior Ticket: Passengers aged 65 and above and of Chinese nationality must present their ID card when picking up the ticket.
• Love Ticket: Holders of the Republic of China Disability Certificate, please present the Republic of China Disability Certificate when picking up the ticket (the required companions on the back are in the preferential measures column, and the words "domestic public transportation" are marked, you can provide necessary companions One-person companionship ticket discount)
• Love companionship ticket: a caregiver who holds a disability certificate from the Republic of China
• Infant insurance ticket: children under 3 years old (does not occupy a seat)

Reservation requirements

• Each transaction record per person can order up to 4 people, including infants
• The sleeper cabin can be booked by a single person. There may be other passengers, men and women in mixed (mixed) cabins, that is, different cabins.
• If you are not traveling with other passengers in the sleeper cabin, please do not close the door.
• Those who have completed payment will not be allowed to change cabin classes.
• Passengers must go to the ticket window at the port of departure at least 1 hour before departure time and present each identity document to collect tickets.
• The boarding and customs clearance operation will end 30 minutes before departure time

Notes

• After the payment is completed by Klook, passengers will go to the ticket window of the departure port to present their identity documents to collect the ticket. Please pay attention to the departure time and complete the ticket collection in advance (from 5 days after the booking date to 1 hour before the departure date). If you are unable to take the booked flight due to insufficient ticket collection time, no refund will be accepted
• If you have mobility issues/wheelchair service, please contact the ticket offices in Kaohsiung/Penghu
• Tickets are based on real names and are limited to the person traveling. Please fill in the passenger information of all travelers accurately. Do not fill in the passenger information repeatedly to protect your own rights. For foreign travelers, please fill in your passport/residence permit number directly.
• In accordance with the smoke prevention regulations and to maintain cabin air quality, smoking is prohibited on this ship. Thank you for your cooperation
• Each person is limited to two pieces of carry-on baggage (no more than 20 kg for sleeper and business class passengers, no more than 10 kg for economy class passengers)
• It is strictly forbidden to carry dangerous goods or flammable materials on board
• Please carry your valuables with you to prevent theft
• Penghu has strong northeast monsoon from early November to March of the following year, resulting in strong winds and waves. Therefore, tourists should pay more attention to safety when taking the boat.
• If you are prone to seasickness, please take seasickness medicine 30 minutes to 1 hour before boarding to relieve seasickness. Follow the instructions on the medicine and avoid overdose.
• Do not run or play while on the boat to avoid falling and getting injured
• There are prohibitory signs in each dangerous area. Please follow them carefully to prevent accidents. Please read the instructions for using the escape equipment in detail to prevent any accidents.

Notes on Bringing Pets on Board

• If you need to bring your dog, cat or other pet with you on the Penghu Ferry, you must fill in Pet consent form
• Except for guide dogs, passengers are not allowed to bring pets into the cabin. If you have pets, they should be packed in boxes or cages to prevent excrement from leaking out.
• Visually impaired passengers traveling with qualified guide dogs or guide dog trainers bringing guide dogs with them during training are allowed to enter and exit the cabin
• The pet storage area is the outdoor deck pet area (A-DECK port side)
• Pets must be placed in a pet box, basket or suitable container, and the packaging must be complete and secure, with no risk of feces or liquid leakage. Each passenger is limited to one pet, and the size must not exceed 60cm in length, 60cm in width and 60cm in height.
• Large dogs (over 40cm in height) that cannot be caged must wear a muzzle and leash. If a pet carrier (bag, bag, etc.) is left in the cage, it must be placed securely and have its own heating and ventilation functions.
• There are large and medium-sized pet cages available on site. Please be civic-minded and clean up your pet's excrement and urine before leaving the ship.
