  • This pass is limited to those living outside Okinawa or individuals who are visiting Okinawa for a short period
  • No passes will be reissued in case of loss or theft
  • The bus can be boarded if there are vacant seats on the day itself (reservations cannot be made in advance). If the bus is full, you will not be able to board and will have to wait for the next bus
  • The bus system may not operate due to extreme weather conditions and the like. In these cases, you will be notified through your provided contact number by the conducting company or their travel agent
  • Passengers are allowed to take up to 2 suitcases with a total weight of 30kg, a capacity of 0.25m³, and with the longest side of the baggage under 2m. Passengers are recommended to make sure that their names and addresses are clearly labeled on their luggage. Dangerous and explosive products, valuables, fragile items, etc. cannot be kept in your luggage or brought on the bus
  • Wheelchairs can be brought on board the bus as long as they are foldable and can be stored in the cabin. If you will be bringing a wheelchair, please inform the bus service of the wheelchair's size and weight beforehand
