- Children with a height of 89cm or below can travel free of charge
- Children with a height of 90cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults

- This vehicle is stroller-friendly
- The added value stays valid for 2 years after the last transaction. If you top up within the 7-year validity, the card's value will be extended automatically
- Top-up your card with THB 100-4,000 at any BTS ticket office or partner shop using your passport/ID and phone number
- Refund any remaining balance at the Rabbit Card Service Center, Phaya Thai Station (Exit 1-2), open daily from 08:00 to 20:00
- The refund processing fee for 200 THB will be deducted from your balance
- You can check for card validity date here
- You can redeem your card anytime within 180 days from the booking confirmation date
- If you want to make pickup changes, you may need to cancel before redemption and make a new booking, or you can contact customer support
