Good to know
- All guests must arrive at the VIP Lounge (Level 1) 30 minutes before your flight time. Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of the Singapore Flyer Management and subject to availability.
- Tickets for 165 Sky Dining are required for guests aged 7 and up. If you wish to bring children aged below 7, a private capsule booking is required. Email sales@singaporeflyer.com for private capsule booking.
- In the event of inclement weather, Singapore Flyer operations will be temporarily suspended for safety reasons.
- Please be noted that the Time Capsule (the pre-boarding gallery experience of Singapore Flyer) will be closed for upgrading works. During this time, the entrance turnstile will be temporarily relocated to Level 2 of the terminal building. The brand-new Time Capsule is scheduled to reopen in August 2025.
